Is there anyone going to the VL Open house that could give me a ride?

Announcing the Spring Visual Language Track Open House
Are your career goals in the world of digital computer animation? The
Visual Language specialization is designed to prepare students for
careers as animators, modelers, riggers, or texture artists in the film
or computer game industries. If you are interested in applying to
Digital Media’s Visual Language Track, it is highly recommended that you
attend this informational event.
• We will describe the curriculum, and application process.
• We will show examples of portfolio work of students who were
accepted into this limited access track.
• We will show Visual Language Student work including a screening
of last year’s film “Atlas’ Revenge”
• Visual Language faculty and current students will be there to
answer your questions.
• We will give tours of the facility downtown where all of the
Visual Language classes take place.
At the Center for Emerging Media
500 W. Livingston Street
(directly across the street from the Amway Arena)
in downtown Orlando.

From 6:00-8:00pm
From UCF, take 408 West to I-4 East. Get off at Amelia Street. Turn
left on Amelia St., then left at the first light onto Hughey Ave. Then
take a right at the first light on to Livingston St. The Center for
Emerging Media is on the left after the Marriott. Parking is in the
large lot on the right. Parking passes for the lot across the street
will be provided at the front door of the building.
